Wheat Packs - Frequently Asked Questions...

All our wheat bags come with full instructions but here are some things we get asked most often. Always refer to the guidelines in your pack if in doubt.

Up to 10 years or more if you keep them in the freezer. This will keep the grains hydrated and healthy so you can get the most out of your wheatbags.

Lavender is a very calming and soothing herb which aids with headaches, stress and PMT. We also think it has a heaven scent, perfect to help you relax and unwind.

If you follow the instructions, yes they are very safe. Our wheat packs can be used as a safer alternative to the traditional hot water bottle or electric heating pad. Just be mindful not to over heat.

Absolutely! Cold wheat packs applied to an injury can help to reduce swelling and alleviate pain. We recommend storing them in the freezer when not in use.

Yes. Our wheat packs can be heated from the freezer. Just remember to follow the instructions and heat in short intervals (15-30 seconds) until you find the optimal time for your microwave.

For sure. Kids (and adults!) love our wheat packs. The baby pack was designed with children in mind, just be careful not to overheat and always do a temperature check before giving to your child.

This depends on a few factors, such as the temperature in your home and how hot/cold they are when first applied. You can expect them to retain their heat for around one hour.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your wheat pack to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
